Returns on retail items will be given store credit only. no Cash refunds. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned. All sales are final and are not available for later adjustments.
CANCELATIONS
We require a minimum 24-hour notice by telephone to cancel or change appointment, ensuring optimal service for our clients and staff. Short-Notice cancellations impact our ability to fill vacant appointment times. Please note that cancelations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge equal to 100% off the booked appointment value. We appreciate your cooperation with our policy.

To ensure optimal client availability, our stylists maintain a tight schedule; Thus, punctuality is greatly appreciated. we acknowledge that life's unexpected events may cause delays; therefore, please contact us via phone if you are running behind schedule. allowing your stylist to adjust their schedule accordingly. our Salon values your time, scheduling appointments with sufficient time to deliver professional and excellent service. Nevertheless, unforeseen complexities may occasionally necessitate additional time. If we are running behind, we will provide adequate notice to avoid inconveniencing your schedule.
